Payment

The Plantation accepts Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Switch and Solo credit/debit cards.

All prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%.

Out of Stock

In the unlikely event that the items you have bought are out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible and provide you with an estimated delivery date. If the rescheduled date is unsuitable you will be offered a full refund.

Delivery

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify. Please ensure this address is accurate and be precise in specifying where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

We will aim to deliver within the quoted time frame but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

Please note that delivery does not include a planting service. For details of our planting service please contact us direct.

Data Privacy

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988, The Plantation regards the privacy of all our customers very highly.  At the point of sale you are provided with the option of subscribing to our mailing list.

 If you choose not to subscribe, any information collected by us is used solely for the purpose of billing and despatching your order.

If you subscribe to the mailing list, any information collected by us will not be shared with any third parties but will be used solely by us for promotions and information which may be of use to you.  You can choose to opt out of any further mailings at any time.

Guarantee

We aim to provide high quality plants and products to our customers. Assuming they are maintained to a reasonable standard, our plants are guaranteed for 3 months.

On the website we aim to give you a clear idea of the nature of the plants we sell. However, due to the nature of the goods, there will inevitably be slight variations in size, shape and colour between different specimens. Illustrations and descriptions of plants are approximate and for guidance only.

Returns & Refunds

If an order is cancelled prior to the agreed delivery date, we will offer a full refund.

For full peace of mind, we offer a 7 day full refund guarantee for all plants brought from our online shop that are damaged in transit, defective or incorrect.  Contact details are at the top of this page.

In the unlikely event that you wish to return any goods bought from the online shop for any other reason or have changed your mind, we will refund the cost of the goods in full if notified in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods. To apply for a refund the goods must be returned to us safely and undamaged and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Any refunds can be made only onto the card used for payment.
