Gavin Jones Ltd, are pleased to announce their most recent new contract win for hard and soft landscaping. The company has secured a deal on phases 3 of BP’s International Centre for business and technology in Sunbury.
The deal reflects the success of the continuing relationship between the companies following successful phase 1 & 2 completion; including major improvements on the original design, incorporating many sustainability and biodiversity projects. Gavin Jones’ Divisional Manager Kevin White commented, “Over the last year we have been working hard towards securing these opportunities and Phase 3 has been awarded to us on the basis of our previous performances on Phases 1 & 2. Our in house designer Matt Cairns has been working tirelessly on design revisions to BP for approval and Contracts Manager, Wayne Trundle has done an excellent job of supervising the previous 2 phases to very demanding health and safety standards”.
Located in the north of Sunbury on the site of Meadhurst House, the Centre was formerly owned by the Cadbury family and is now home to a large number of BP’s business units. A number of other major companies, including Chubb, also have premises on the site.
